Terms and Conditions

1. Identification
You must present identification (KTP or Passport) to pickup your rental item.

2. No insurance
Any loss or damage will be at your own expense.

3. Return the equipment
After the SCHEDULED RETURN DATE and TIME, a late fee will be charged. And, please note that if we do not receive any contact from you, we will report the theft to the police.

4. Payment methods
Payments by Cash, Bank transfer / Wire transfer, QRIS, Debit Card (Issued by an Indonesian bank), Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and JCB) are accepted.

5. Cancellation policy
If you want to cancel (injury, illness, or other customers convenience), Please contact us immediately. If the booking date and pickup time has passed, it will be automatically canceled. There is no cancellation fee.
